How do I attach these panels to the wall?
Simply peel off the release liner and stick the panels onto a smooth, clean, dry wall. For permanent installation, we recommend applying additional construction adhesive to the back for extra holding power.
How can I cut these panels?
For our acoustic wall panels, a sharp utility knife with a fresh blade works perfectly—just score along the cutting line and snap the panel cleanly.
Do these wall panels contain formaldehyde?
Our products are Formaldehyde-free and comply with P2-level standards, as specified in ASTM D6007-22 (US) and Class E0, as per EN 717-1 (Europe).
Can I install these panels on the shower wall?
No, these are designed for interior drywall only. They are perfect for bedrooms, living room TV feature walls, home studios, offices, and ceilings. Please avoid installing them in areas with high humidity or direct water exposure.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders across the contiguous United States. Note: free shipping excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
Processing Time: Orders placed today typically ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, US delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

- Contiguous US (48 states): Free shipping
- Hawaii & Alaska: Shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses: We ship via USPS; delivery times may be slightly longer
Order Tracking: After your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime in your account. If your tracking link isn't updating, give it 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes need time to scan the package.
Address Changes: Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible. Once a package has shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address.
Returns — 30-Day Easy Returns ▼
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please also have your order number or proof of purchase ready.
How to Start a Return: Email us at inno@innostickers.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with the return address and next steps.
- Returns caused by us (damaged, defective, or wrong item): we cover the return shipping cost.
- Returns caused by the customer (changed your mind): return shipping is paid by the customer.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
Damaged, Defective & Non-Returnable Items ▼
Damaged or Defective: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at inno@innostickers.com if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos so we can evaluate and make it right — usually with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: samples and custom-made products.
3-Year Warranty ▼
Every Inno Stickers product comes with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your tile or panel shows a defect under normal use, contact us and we'll replace it free of charge.
This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear.
